Excellent image quality and customer support, but macOS scaling issues

I have been using the monitor for a week and I am very satisfied with this portable monitor. The color and resolution of the monitor are great, especially the aspect ratio as it is difficult to find a portable monitor with a 16:10 aspect ratio. A few doubts I have is that the case that comes with it is a bit bulky, but I contacted customer service and they fought to get me the best VESA stand for free! Another thing is that macOS scaling is a bit different since it's not a native resolution (an issue with operating systems, not a bug with monitors). Otherwise it's been great so far!
