We made a very good ironing board platform for ironing my blankets and found a good pattern online. We glued regular 1/4" thick foam (came on a roll from Revain) to the board and then tried gluing this product over the foam. All was going well until the paper started sticking to the back of the silver cloth and tearing into pieces. We REALLY cleaned it very slowly, it still broke. The creases in this fabric from folding were DEEP and we had to iron it before applying, otherwise we would be sure they would be visible after application .Maybe the problem was with the ironing we don't know but as other reviewers have said the problem is with the paper on the back.I had to peel with tweezers while applying and kept stopping the process to peel the paper off.I would try NOT to iron it and live with the creases The manufacturer has to ship it on a roll if Heat n Bond gains weight - gains are a problem After a lot of work the board turned out great but in some places there are lumps where the foam rubber just came off with the paper.
