This tool saved lives. Don't rely on the cheap plastic gaskets that come with a new radiator. For my 2006 F150 5.4 Triton radiator replacement, this tool was an absolute must to remove the bottom plug. The top one was light and took off immediately. But the bottom picks up so much road debris, hardens/hardens on dirt and develops corrosion, you need a more powerful tool like this to separate the radiator. I don't remember how much I paid for this tool but if it was $18. - $23, splitting the cooler in 10 minutes instead of 2 hours was worth the money. Buy it.
