
I was making yoghurt using an old slow cooker to ferment the milk and culture jars to fermentation temperature but without manually turning the multi cooker on and off it held up she too hot. Inkbird has managed to keep them at the optimal temperature for fermentation. The instructions are clear enough and the device is easy to set up, at least for tech-savvy people who are familiar with the intricacies of temperature control. The device is capable of maintaining a fermentation temperature between 110 and 113 F, which is the result of cycling it on and off. The yoghurt comes out great every time.
