Review on ICM Controls I2010WH Programmable Configurable by Chad Judex
It was two; both failed (we had a slightly different model number)
Our model is NOT a Wi-Fi model. We have "ICM Controls" just below the little home icon. One of them was installed as an "upgrade" by our HVAC installer. It worked well, it was easy to use and read, but it only lasted 13 months. The installer came back and replaced the unit under warranty, but we still had to pay for travel, diagnostics and installation work. The next one took about 6 weeks and cost us the cost of a weekend emergency trip, plus installation, plus the cost of a new unit as we had switched to a different brand. I would never get one like this again even if it was free.
