The large shirt I wore (usually a size 42, 6ft 200lbs) wasn't tight, but it was snug. It is easy to care for and does not need to be ironed. The sleeves are about halfway between the shoulder and elbow. I took off one star for the fabric. It's definitely not very breathable, it feels a bit stuffy. Unless it's 70 or less I wouldn't wear it for things like golf, travel, or hiking. For me, polo shirts need to be lighter and more breathable as they are geared more towards summer fashion. I like the updated (slim fit, short sleeves) but understated style and easy care. Another fabric would have made them perfect.
