They come in a sealed bag with 3 masks in each bag. They are a little big as others have said. I'm a medium height male and had to adjust the ear straps a bit. They come with a pocket to insert a flat filter, but none. I use them for compliance, not real security. They don't cover your face tight enough to prevent much, but it looks like I'm obedient and can breathe normally with it.
