Glad I did a little research before a very long hike. I bought two pairs of these shoes after reading a blog post about the importance of wearing insoles when hiking. I put them on under wool socks and after 14 miles my feet felt BIG (and that comes from someone with a lot of foot problems). Not a single blister and my feet aren't really sweaty! I ended up buying my third pair for an upcoming longer hike. The only SMALL annoyance is that I have to hand wash them to keep them from stretching, but they are worth it!
