I wear them as pajama pants, extra padding under my pants and even as tights under my training shorts. Half the price of long johns from a similar brand, the fabric is high quality cotton/spandex, and the pocket design offers lightweight support without the need for gym shorts or gym shorts. Read the size chart and you will be ok. If I were overweight I would avoid it. I'm 5ft 6in / 150lbs and the fitted size (Small US / Medium) fits perfectly. I have 4 pairs just because the prints are fun and the price is right.
