Review on StarTech Com Bracket Equipment Mounting WALLMOUNT6 by Craig Rossman

I was pleasantly surprised by this rack. To be honest I was expecting something weaker based on some of the other reviews, but it's actually well made and quite robust, especially with a few added components. Haven't installed it on the wall yet, but I assume it's easy. Advantages: - Durable - Powder coated - Uniform. No sharp edges. Cons: Only comes with (12) M6 bolts/nuts which basically gives you 3 components to mount in this rack. I'd bet at least 20 or 24 because most likely you'll fill it out completely and it doesn't cost much for everything (perhaps pennies?). Plan to buy a few more bolts/nuts if there are more than 3 items in this rack. There are several options on Amazon (unfortunately most are sold in packs of 25 or 50 and they are silver, not black. At least I was able to find them). I bought this to control the "nerve center" in my new house which is still under construction. So it will house my modem, router, switch, NAS, power distribution box, patch panel and some space for a 1U NAS/server in the future - tbd. Will update after install but expect this to be the winner.
