very disappointed with this purchase. The instructions are barely legible. The mini boot poles are about 3/8 and don't slide over the wires easily. After trying to build 12 patch panel jumpers I switched to another manufacturer. Guide bars give the impression that the wires are lined up in the correct order for loading; However, check the final connections to determine that the load bar does not fit properly into the RJ45 jack. Therefore, skip aligning the selected wires when they are finally crimped. Follow up review, it's been about a week since I've used it in a few connections. And now I've replaced 3 out of 5 that failed. These connectors are useless and pure garbage. I wish I had read the reviews and seen all the issues and flaws before spending my money. Don't waste money.
