We live for Melissa and Doug toys but are very disappointed in this product. Firstly, the magnet is very weak, the wand needs to be held steadily to even work slightly, which can be inconvenient and frustrating for small children, and the cord is a bit short, making the wand a bit difficult to maneuver. also awkward. Add to this our own disappointment that we bought this toy for our grandson who loves playing with a similar toy in the library. Our grandson has a vision problem but has no problem with what is in the library. However, this toy has a stick whose tip is larger than the balls, and the stick and balls are the same color. Therefore, he cannot see when he has grabbed the ball at the end of the racquet. Everyone is disappointed with that. The one in the library is also Melissa and Doug, but an older toy. Looks like the redesign wasn't very good.
