I agree with the other two reviewers with 2 and 3 stars. The bike's packaging and label state that it is not intended for children under the age of 3 years. My 18 month old will have to wait a little longer. He's tall, and even on the bottom seat, he can't put both feet on the floor. Also, in this setting, the seat tube touches the ground, which makes it somewhat dangerous indeed. I live in Florida where the weather is quite humid. I hope the bike isn't rusted when he finally gets to use it! Otherwise it is very light and looks good.
