LOVE Power Crunch, DON'T LOVE the taste of Wild Berry Creme

First off these Power Crunch bars are the best thing that has happened to me and my waist/health in many countries. Years. Below is my review of the bars themselves. I considered other flavors. However, I did not like the taste of the forest berry cream. The taste is not very and the aftertaste is just terrible! However, these bars are amazing! I highly recommend the peanut butter fondant, triple chocolate and chocolate mint. YUM YUM YUM! If you are completely new to these bars, read on! If you're already a fan of power crunches and just curious about the flavors, you can stop here. Ever since my local grocery store ran out of my favorite protein bar, I've been on the hunt for the perfect substitute. After trying all other bars from well known brands or discarding some because of their high sugar content or low protein content, I finally found a new use for me in these bars! Here's a breakdown of what I think: Benefits - DELICIOUS! On the packaging they call these 'biscuits' instead of bars and that's actually an accurate description! These Chocolate Vanilla Strawberry Waffle Cookies from my youth come to mind as soon as I eat them, except they're MUCH better for you and MUCH tastier! - Made from genuine and good products, not crap. The most important thing for me was that the amount of protein was high and the amount of sugar was low. While they are higher in calories and fat than other bars I've tried, don't let that fool you. They're mostly healthier fats, with less than HALF the carbs and ONE-THIRD less sugar than other popular brands, making you feel really good. Plus, these bars don't use sugar alcohols, which some people react badly to. The protein is higher or comparable to other bars and it is a really high quality whey protein which I prefer to the soy protein isolates used in other products. It was also important to me that they fill me up between meals and they are excellent at that! Much better than any bar I've had before! I eat pretty much the same thing every day. After breakfast I have a protein bar and water in the morning, usually around 10am, then an apple around 12:30pm and lunch around 2:30am. I'm usually hungry again by 1 a.m., but with these bars, I'm no longer hungry even at my usual Apple time! A candy bar and bottle of water can easily replace a meal in a pinch. They're light and easy to eat! Some P bars are so dense and thick that it can feel like chewing and swallowing a protein building block. It's such a glorious departure from that! You won't feel heavy at all after or while eating one! Crunchy waffles are such a refreshing and innovative take on the typical protein bar delivery method. Ideal for working before or after training! Cons: - It's dirty dirty! This may or may not be an issue depending on where you eat it, but I would caution against eating in your car on the go unless you want water and chocolate chips on your lap and car seats. I've been eating them for a while now, and while I've gotten better, there's still no great way to eat them without crumbs or mess. They also tend to melt very easily. So when you ship them, keep a close eye on the shipping status and pick them up at your door right away in the summer! All this to say that I LOVE these bars and will not eat anything else. currently! My favorite flavors are without a doubt mint chocolate. Think Girl Scout Mint Thin Cookies. I can finish a full sleeve of skinny mints like a wolf killing a caribou. This is the perfect alternative! They delight your sweet tooth by giving you a feeling of satiety and energy. I also really like the taste of the peanut butter fudge and triple chocolate. All 3 are divine! We have very good recommendations for these protein "bars"!
