The most useful aspect is it's easy to use, you don't have too many options as there are only four main functions (send/receive messages) which means even newbies like myself were able get familiarised fairly quickly - I could send off my first message in minutes! Although not exactly what i'd call user friendly at times if you're trying to click through some of your questions or buttons etc but once again this was more down do me rather than any fault within Marsc itself so just bearable really unless its something else? Not much dislike about marisc other then maybe time lag when sending out surveys sometimes takes quite awhile depending how busy they may be however no real issues reported by anyone yet either way would definitely recommend using them!! I like the ease of use of the software, you can log in and start using the software without any training. The software needs a bit of an update, it is outdated and looks a bit older than it really is. I would say that the software is easy to use and can be used for a wide range of applications from HR to recruitment. I like the fact that it has a wide range of applications. I have used the software for a range of applications from recruitment to HR.
