The most useful aspect is it's easy to use, you don't have too many options as there are only four main functions (send/receive messages) which means even newbies like myself were able get familiarised fairly quickly - I could send off my first message in minutes! Although not exactly what i'd call user friendly at times if you're trying to click through some of your questions or buttons etc but once again this was more down do me rather than any fault within Marsc itself so just bearable…

I like the simplicity of the program, and its user friendly nature. I dislike the fact that it does not have a mobile app. I have found it to be useful in terms of keeping track of applications and applicants, and in terms of managing a panel of contacts. It has helped to streamline my recruiting process. I would like to be able to keep up to date with the applicants and candidates from the system without having to continually log in, and check.
