I like the simplicity of the program, and its user friendly nature. I dislike the fact that it does not have a mobile app. I have found it to be useful in terms of keeping track of applications and applicants, and in terms of managing a panel of contacts. It has helped to streamline my recruiting process. I would like to be able to keep up to date with the applicants and candidates from the system without having to continually log in, and check. It is a great tool to use in the recruiting process. I have found it to be very effective in terms of the time management and recruitment of applicants.
