Maybe you're luckier than me.

I sent them a letter explaining that the cut of the carpet was of poor quality. They sent back that before buying they explained that there would be scars, stains and small imperfections. We have cows so yes I know that. But as you can see from the picture they listed and the rug they sent me is just poorly made. I have other cowhide rugs at home. I've never seen anyone cut so badly. Part of the carpet is missing as you can see in my photo.
