Mint condition on arrival. Sturdy construction, much more durable than the "other guys" that make spinning balls. Works flawlessly. Once assembled and covered with a rubber cap, it rises about 1/4 inch above the truck bed. One thing, don't even bother reading the instructions (terribly obscure). Watch how to install it on YouTube. YouTube videos are MUCH clearer and very well put together.
