This is an amazingly comfortable mouthpiece since I've tried a few for all my high impact sports (yes I still do them, and I have a 5 year old who likes to play rough). I liked how it was easy to take out of the box and use without resorting to sculpting. It fits great, I can breathe great and I will happily use it for all my sports. I had to cut off a piece of Helmut, but it didn't make much of a difference. I definitely recommend it and I'm an adult :)
