This is a great spatula for cooking on the stove. It conducts heat evenly and quickly and hits well. The non-stick surface inside the pot simply rubs off, the stirrer lid gets dirty and is best cleaned by soaking in hot soapy water and then wiping, but it has oil stains to hide it, you're cleaning a perfectionist. There is a good opening on the lid for stirring butter, cheese powder, etc., making popcorn flavoring easier. Excellent purchase! The resulting popcorn is far superior to that prepared from the microwave. 😁👍
