Flavored water, zero energy charge.
Since they came in individual bags, I bought them for an international trip to the resort's fitness center. I prefer Evolution's ENGN Pre Workout, but they don't sell individual packs. MTN was just flavored water. No increase. There is no energy. No nothing. Like unsweetened non-alcoholic lemonade. Left them in the bin after leaving the resort. Good marketing. Bad product.
