CAMERA: Image quality is decent. Until I filter through video conferencing software, it gets a little blurry. This may be related to Zoom or Teams processing software. Otherwise, I like the features offered in terms of video and image. HEADSET: The headset is comfortable in the ears and holds a charge for a decent amount of time. In my experience, the microphone picks up my voice adequately, but the dongle's wireless connection could be improved. If you have the mic side of the headset opposite the one the dongle is plugged into, sound will come in and out - and it's only 3 or 4 feet from the dongle - so make sure you wear the mic on. right side when the dongle is connected to the device, right. For the price I expected a better WiFi connection. Otherwise I liked my purchase.
