Very sharp! - my new review
These knives are so heavy and sharp! My husband cut his finger on the first use as he had mistaken the knife’s sharpness compared to our old knives that badly needed sharpening. Good thing like all other Ninja products they have suction on the bottom of the wooden block to hold the heavy knives without tipping over. There is already a chip on the side of the wooden block, not sure how that will hold up as far as paint. It was a genius idea to have the sharpener incorporated into the wooden block - it’s so simple to sharpen with just a push down!
