I bought this device to travel to Canada tomorrow. I can't enter a destination address and can't contact anyone who wants/can help. I'm sending this junk back in hopes of finding something that actually works. Terrible product, terrible customer service. I was on hold for literally an hour and when I reached someone they informed me that they can only help people associated with the company and not private clients. This is all a joke. I even thought I could connect via a USB cable to maybe update the map? nope It just says I'm connected to the computer and that's it. There is no way to navigate through the menu. Total nonsense, waste of time and money. Seriously, don't even waste your precious time or energy on this device. CM.
