I wish I had read through all of the comments on this before I purchased it. I can't get them to stay put in my shoe and that causes me more plantar fasciitis/heel pain.For me, these were a definite waste of money. I kept trying to use them in a variety of shoes and because I didn't pay attention to the calendar and the time lapsed and I can't return them.They only reason I gave any stars is that I believe they are decently made and feel soft, but they don't work for me. They're too clunky to fit in most of my shoes and when I can get it in the shoe, it won't stay put and gives me more pain.I do not recommend these, unless you try them and make sure you get them back by the return time. A lifetime warranty is useless for something that can't be returned if it hurts your feet.
