I love that we can use inclusive in conjunction other programs like recruitment software or job boards without having it override how those systems work! The interface could be improved by allowing more customization from within an account (i'd prefer not needing access through another program).
We are able solve issues around gender pay gap reporting specifically as well as helping candidates find their fit at different stages throughout interviews/hiring process - which helps us keep turnover down since they're happy where ever else along this journey if needed.
