A few months ago in the dark I missed the last step and tore the ligaments in my ankle. After attending to my injury I immediately purchased these glow in the dark anti slip strips and they proved to be just what I needed! I installed them over a month ago and they are still there. Glow in the Dark was the main reason I bought them as these steps are in a dark corner of my house. They shine bright at night! I haven't skipped a step yet. Very easy to install. Simply cut to desired length, peel off backing and lay in place. I used my good foot to press them down and make sure they fit properly.
