Review on SigmaCare EHR by Phil Morales

I like how easy it was for me as well my team members (nurses)to access information about patients in real time at any location or workstation we are using! It has been difficult tracking patient progress since they were transferred from another facility but now this problem will be solved when moving into our new building next year!! Not much dislike of sigma care other than there needs more training opportunities available outside their courses offered during orientation week which can help those who struggle learning quickly through hands-on experience rather then just watching videos/reading material alone.. We have realized several benefits including improved efficiency by reducing paper charts used previously; better communication between nurses around different shifts allowing us all get familiarized faster so less confusion comes up later due to lack knowledge among staff regarding certain situations involving particular clients such problems being treated etc.; also reduced amount documents needed stored within electronic medical records system instead only needing one copy per nurse assigned client ensuring quick transfer if need arises while searching documentation required especially.
