This is a savior! I always have trouble sleeping, usually because of my anxiety and because I think too much. My friend recommended I try the weighted blanket and I gave it a try! I was so surprised and still couldn't believe that since I've been using it I've actually been sleeping well and no longer have sleeping problems. I can now fall asleep instantly within 10 minutes of closing my eyes unlike before when it took at least 2-3 hours, crazy and unbelievable but true. I always wake up very tired and weak but now I feel so active and have more energy. I still don't understand the science behind it and how amazing it actually works, I mean how a simple blanket can help you sleep, but it's possible! I'm just very impressed!
