Review on Rampage 86690 Offroad Jack Mount by Ryan Judy

I would give this bracket 1/4 star: Good - it was very easy to install; all spare parts were provided; pretty well done. Bad - the instructions were useless; it didn't fit my 53 year old jack; the mounting base plate was short - I couldn't use the front mounting screw; there is no way to fix the jack in the base; The included hitch pin was too big for the hole drilled in the tiny stud to attach the jack to the side bracket. After installation, the jack was so loose that I decided not to take it on a 43-mile off-road trip. The next day I spent over two hours drilling holes and welding nuts to the base plate to secure the jack; To secure the socket to the mount I had to buy a cable lock and wrap it around the socket and mount - not strong and very crappy looking!
