I bought a Qotom "industrial" i5 mini pc to use as a home router with no RAM or floppy drive and was thinking of the 256 Samsung To use MSATA which I had, without any reason. . But after installing the router's operating system, the hard drive lamp was on almost constantly and worked extremely sluggishly. Not wanting to blame the PC (although my drive is fine - I tested it on a computer with Windows installed) I bought this drive. Installed, works very well. The speed is okay, SMART runs normally, there are no complaints. MSATA seems to be more expensive than regular SSDs (I could get a 120GB SSD for the same price), but that's not a hit for this drive, just an observation of MSATA in general, probably since both SSDs were never that popular and M.2 basically took over the market. It works, I'm happy.
