I just installed the product and I'm very happy with it. Installation was pretty easy. Most of the work was installing the camera on the trunk lid and routing the cables. In terms of functionality, everything worked as expected. The camera turned on immediately, the rearview mirror looks great. Clarity is good except during the sunny part of the day when light hits the car and causes glare on the device. However, I bought it mainly as a rear camera, although the recording function is a nice extra feature. In general very satisfied. So far the customer support has been excellent. They responded to my emails very quickly. I recommend this product.
