Easy installation in cars and car electronics

Very easy installation. Wiring was the hardest part, but not that bad. As expected. I bought this to use on my wife's Mustang as the view through her rear window is limited. She has a convertible with a small rear window and very poor visibility. She loves it! This really helps her move backwards and see behind her much easier. It's also a great shooting advantage. There are so many accidents where we live and it would be nice to have a backup copy of this video if needed. Or just watch the…

Very happy with the product

I just installed the product and I'm very happy with it. Installation was pretty easy. Most of the work was installing the camera on the trunk lid and routing the cables. In terms of functionality, everything worked as expected. The camera turned on immediately, the rearview mirror looks great. Clarity is good except during the sunny part of the day when light hits the car and causes glare on the device. In general, this is a good DVR

Installation is quite simple; The main issues are routing/hiding the cables and drilling a little when using a rear camera. Video recording quality is quite good: HD+ wide-angle lens. The 10 inch touch screen is a plus. Settings are intuitive and easy to navigate. There are a few things that I think could be improved (the first two can easily be done in software): 1. Rear camera footage should be flipped vertically in Playback mode 2. There should be an option for shorter screen lock time B. 15

Good value for money for this DVR

I was very satisfied with the purchase of the DVR. Clear installation instructions made installation and operation quick and easy. I needed a longer cable to install a backup camera for my truck and they shipped it quickly. The memory chip was included, so I didn't have to buy it separately. The 10-inch dash cam sits comfortably on my rear-view mirror and its flexibility keeps my field of vision clear to the front. Good DVR for the money, easy to install!

I have bought other NOLYTH products and they never fail to impress me. The value for money is excellent. They are generally very well made and work perfectly. In one of the shots, you'll notice my wireless backup camera. It is also made by the same company and works well. Installing a dash cam can get you up and running in about 5 minutes. Should be wireless for this price and not a clip.

I'm installing it now and I still have to wonder why they didn't just make this wireless for 50 cents extra. Will it REALLY eat into their profits THAT MUCH or will it have the opposite effect and everyone will buy this device because it will have a wireless rear view camera?
