Review on 🖥️ 2-Port VGA Switch Selector Box: Dual Computer to Single Monitor VGA Switch (2 In 1 Out) by Ken Desens

I received this two button mechanical switch in early November 2011 and now early March 2012. 400 times. Initially, the switch worked well, allowing me to connect two computers to one monitor. However, now when I switch it to one of the legs, the monitor sometimes turns bluish. Then I have to toggle it back and forth to clear the haze. My guess is that one or more of the internal connections are not making proper contact. There is no real product warranty, and it also exceeds 90 days, the typical warranty period for electronic components. Eventually I think I'll open it up and try spraying some contact cleaner on the contacts hoping that will fix the problem. The switch was cheap and I think I got what I paid for.
