Review on 🧡 Efficiently Organize and Store Embroidery Floss with our 50 Positions Floss Organizer in Jelly Yellow by Kim Sanchez

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Works, but thread can be coarse

I liked the idea of being able to easily organize my thread and having a place to store my needle and thread when I finish a color without using up all the thread. I didn't pre-tie a bunch of pins, I put all the thread on top of the organizer and then popped it into the pins as needed. The problem is that I wasn't paying attention at first and grabbed the end and pulled the thread through the organizer to pull it out - this resulted in that the thread rubbed against the plastic edge of the organizer and weakened my thread. It became clear that when sewing, the thread breaks in half. So now I'm being careful and instead picking up the thread to stretch it out. Also, rather than tightening the whole thread at once, I only tighten the remaining 6 strands I work through to avoid additional thread wear. Ultimately, the tool works, but I don't think it's the preferred option for storage and streaming. to avoid additional thread wear. Cons
  • Doubtful
