This nozzle is superior in sturdiness to any nozzle I have ever had before; however, it is completely useless to me. The shower spray that I use the most for my potted plants sprays only from the peripheral holes. All water is directed through the tiny outer holes so you get a very strong spray in a circle and nothing in the middle. If you want to water a plant in a pot, you have to lower the spray to about 9" above the pot. Otherwise, you water a circle around the pot and nothing in the pot. Then when you have the spray close enough to get water in the pot, it is blows out the soil around the plant. It is so unfortunate, because the nozzle is very well constructed. They just didn't try it out on plants!l will have to go back to the cheaply made, but effective, nozzles that my pool man keeps breaking.
