I like that they are a proactive company that listens to the needs of the client and does what it takes to help them succeed. They have a lot of flexibility and are always willing to try new things. I feel like they are always up to date on the latest trends in the industry. I dislike that it is not easy to reach them. They are a little out of the way and they don't have a physical office. It is easy to get in touch with them via email. They have a secure portal for clients to use. I use their secure portal to upload and organize all of my business records. I can also send files to clients that are in their secure portal.
