Review on Spectra Premium F57B Fuel Tank by Willie Midkiff

The tank was cosmetically perfect. However, the filler neck is screwed in at the wrong angle and the tank does not fit in the car. Also, the "plug" at the back of the tank where the fuel level sensor is mounted was pushed back, indenting a lip or step that should have been raised. Clearly manufacturing defects and lack of quality control. Also, this tank was clearly sent back and someone didn't recognize it as defective. It looked normal, but once you knew what to look for, it was obvious that nobody needed a tank. Didn't the person who brought it back say anything? Now I have to search through the garbage and find the damaged packaging so I can repackage the tank so I can ship it back to the UPS office. PIA is very high!
