Well built and easy to clean

Not only did I get this for burgers, I'm making A LOT of mushroom recipes (I'm a collector) and sometimes I need to squeeze mushrooms to encourage them to drop the water content or squeezing out things like hash browns. This crusher is well built, well balanced and easy to clean. I wish I had one of these things sooner. Would buy again.
