It's my first time making buttons. And I'm obsessed! I had a few issues at first but once I figured it out it was so easy. There are two things that I think make a big difference in how buttons look. Alignment: Before I press the button, I do a test print without any part of the button. Press left side down. Then slide and push right. Now everything is ready to mount the button. Paper Thickness: If the paper your image is on is too thick, it won't work. Aim for a copy paper thickness or less. Whenever I tried to use even thicker paper, the clear plastic circle didn't press properly against the back button. If there is too much clear plastic and thick paper, the button simply won't crimp properly. Since figuring this out, I've had very few 'oops' buttons. I hope this helps because this car is really fun to drive. Even my eldest loved making buttons with me!
