This is a good battery fan. It's a little louder than the other one I bought, but that's acceptable. The battery was tested at a constant current of 1A and its capacity was just under 2.6Ah (it took almost 2.6 hours before the voltage dropped to 2.7V). The articulated handle allows you to hold it in your hands or lay it on a flat surface. I bought one with a discounted coupon after missing out on a lightning deal and later bought a second one, also with a coupon. I'll probably take one if I go to Southeast Asia again.
