is difficult to see from several meters away. The contrast is very bad! Nothing like the photos posted by the company! I have a large version from this company and the screen is very good. I expected this smaller model to have the same black and white contrast as the larger version. Check out other reviews and photos. I can't keep up with this screen. I usually mount it on the wall and see the magnified version from 10-15 feet away. This little model is so dark I can't see the temperature from just 2 feet away. Too dark. PS Please see the photo of Sean Few from the October 25th review to see how dim the screen is.
