It has become the main communication platform throughout our organization because of all the features that they give us when it comes to communication between different groups within the organization. Not so much for me, but it's hard to find a specific dislike. I'd say I'd like to see that they were able to expand further into the different features. If you have multiple different applications to communicate and store files between, it allows you to have quick access to those files. It helps to streamline our process. I enjoyed working with the team at DeSpain and Associates for several years. They were very responsive and always willing to go above and beyond to help us solve our issues. Nothing really. It was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone looking for professional service. I am not sure if they have moved or changed their business model but we are no longer using them.
