The Camby Tennis Elbow Brace is not really a brace, but a lightweight, breathable, compression sleeve. It is easy to put on (unless you order too small a size). There's just enough compression that the elbow is kept warm, and the fit is snug but not tight. A lot of these type sleeves are worn so tightly that circulation is restricted. Wearing these sleeves (2 in the pkg) correctly are good for support, alleviating discomfort from tennis elbow pain, etc. I would recommend them for those purposes. BUT, if this is a chronic condition, I would check with my doctor before buying.
