Review on ☕️ Breville BCG820BKSXL Smart Grinder Pro: Premium Coffee Bean Grinder in Black Sesame Finish by Victor Halla

So we used this for a few months and ground several pounds of coffee. We use a small drip machine Mr. Coffee and only make a few cups a day. The machine has worked well for us so far. We don't grind every morning, we grind every use for a couple of weeks. The only thing I don't like about this machine is that unless you're using a grind jar, you'll find that it's a bottom magnet. The plastic retains the static charge and the coffee grounds that don't fall into the container will stick to the inside and outside of the coffee maker. I've tried every type of anti-static wipe I can think of and nothing seems to work, so be prepared to accept that fact. You'll need to wipe down your counter after each use as there are some bases that just seem to go where they're supposed to and not in your container - we don't really care as we always wipe down food prep surfaces after each one Use. Small thing done, just warning you people who think this won't leave a small mess. Here's another thing that's frustrating me: I've been trying to purchase additional Grinds containers. There are three parts. Plastic container, rubber seal and stainless steel lid. GOOD LUCK trying to buy all three at once. I've been trying to buy a lid for a few weeks but it's not listed as available to order. A pre-order is not possible. Call 800 for assistance and the computer simply logs you off. The chat has also not been available for a few weeks. Obviously they don't care about customer service. Based on that I would say buy another manufacturer's brand because if you have a problem you probably get Pulp Fiction! So sad because I thought you were good company. That being said I have mine and if it ever needs service I will just turn it in.
