I like that it's easy for people who don't have much technical experience to use, and that I can set up rules in a few minutes. It also has a great reporting section which is very helpful when troubleshooting issues. The only thing I dislike about WhatsApp Automation is that it doesn't work perfectly well with our chatbot. We've had problems getting it to send messages to the correct person (it sends them to everyone instead). Also, sometimes it doesn't update properly. Sometimes it takes a bit of time before all the rules are updated after you make changes. If you're looking for an easy way to automate your business processes, then this is a good option. It helps us save a lot of time and effort.
