I have a 15 year old Newfoundland/Lab mix. Last year he got skin problems when we couldn't take him to the hairdresser as often due to Covid. Excess skin, hair loss and excessive itching. After the vet gave him an injection to calm him down and tried monthly baths, the groomer recommended him. She said the only downside was that "if it works, he should stick with it for the rest of his life". Good damn. I think it's a side effect we can live with. It took a little over 30 days to really notice a difference but oh my god! Grumer said his skin was almost 100% better and we extended this bath to 6 weeks. We have no problem giving this to our dog but he is a super chill guy called Stoner Dog. He eats almost everything. We sprinkle it on his dinner and he immediately rubs it in. I hope if your furry friend is having similar issues you will try this and it will help as much as Rocky.
