This toaster looks good and fits perfectly under a cupboard. However, he has some problems. First, the grill pan burned out at 400F on the first day of use. It cannot be used without the foil insert. This is not a non-stick coating! I spoke to the customer service department who are looking into this. I notice a lot of people complaining about the crumb tray. He comes bent over. I was apprehensive at first until I realized that if you push it from the back it will stick like a magnet and won't pop out again. It's really annoying that the temperature settings don't increase in increments of five instead of ten, as most dishes need to be cooked at 425F. It cooks a lot faster so adjustments need to be made. A rough orientation in the temperature guide for certain foods would be really helpful. The manual itself is pretty much useless. It doesn't really give you much information. The settings need explaining, especially when starting, as it says: turn on the timer for 15 minutes in the toaster settings to burn off the oils before use; But you can't set the timer to 15 minutes in the toaster settings. If my beautiful Brevile hadn't died after 6 wonderful years of use and I could buy her I would have bought her. I have a Toshiba TV that I really like, but I'm not sure I'll buy another toaster.
