It worked fine until it broke
Twice worked very well. Stopped working for the third time. Now it reads 97 degrees too high and there is no way to recalibrate it. I still had one month of warranty left, so I submitted a customer support request through the AcuRite website. I received an automated email confirming my request and containing the ticket number. The company has never contacted me again and will not reply to my emails.
